JAMES SMITH has received instructions from the proprietors to Sell in the month of NOVEMBER next, by Public Auction, at liis Auction Mart, Pliinmer’s Wharf, several valuable and important TOWN and COUNTRY SECTIONS in Wellington, and the adjacent districts. The present opportunity will enable small Capitalists desirous of investing in Land, to make safe and suitable purchases, the Selections being -numerous, and the terms liberal; the Vendors also .guaranteeing a CROWN GRANT to each purchaser.
