For six months, from Ist, Dec, or for any period not exceeding 3 years. THE HOUSE AND PREMISES of Woodland, on the Porirua Road, within 1£ miles of Kai Warra, with a good road the whole distance. The House is small, but convenient, with first-rate stables attached for three horses, large hay-loft, harness room, and gig-house, &c, &c. The Garden and Orchard contain about half an acre of ground each, and are well stocked with Fruit Trees of every description^ a great number of which are now in full bearing. There are four enclosed paddocks containing about eight acres of grass land — sufficient for the keep of two cows and a , horse all the year round.
