Between HuGtf Ross, Plaintiff; and EdbUt Bowler, George Smith, and John Matthew Taylor, Defendants. f£t vittntt' of *ytr& at &en Facia*, isusueff otf£ofc4he Supreme Cburtifi the above action* the Sheriff will causer to be sold by public auction, ou Thursday next,' the 26th June instant, at one o'clock precisely, at the Custom Hoifce" Court, Tc Aro, (unless this execation.be previously stayed), all the right, title, and interest of the above-named Defendants, of and in all that piece or parcel of land and hereditaments, with the dwel-ling-house thereon- erected, situate, and being in the Town of Wellington, containing by estimation 20 rods, more or less, being part of the town acre numbered 554 an the Surveyor General of the New Zealand Company's plan of the town of Wellington- aforesaid, bounded on the north by part of the said town acre, now, or late, in the possession of Charles Webb ; on the south by other parts of the said acre, now, or fete, in the possession of certain persons, known as the Wellington' Land Association ; on the east by town acre number 556 on the said plan of the said Surveyor General ; and on the west by town acre number 552 on the said plan- ; and containing on the north and south sides thereof 132 -feet ; and on the east and west sides thereof 41 feet 3 inches : And, also, all that piece or parcel of land or ground, sitoate, lying and being on Te Aro flat, in Wellington aforesaid, together with the house and building now standing anff being thereon i contain* ing in front of Cuba-screet, Te Aro flat, aforesaid, 30 feet, or thereabouts, and in depth 120 feet, or thereabouts, and is bounded on the west by Cuba-street,' aforesaid, on the south in part by a piece of ground, now or late, in the occupation of John King, solicitor, and on the east by Taranaki-street, which- said piece of land, house and premisesy are now, or lately were, in the occu> - pation- of the Defendant, John Matthew Taylor.
