At the last meeting of the Union Parliament it was decided to hold a supper and smoke concert on October Bth. It was announced that his Honor the Chief Justice had intimated his intention of being present, and it was decided to invite other citizens. The committee has now made arrangements for the function, at which it is probable the diplomas will be presented to the winning team in the debating contest which will 'i shortly conoluded-
