PURSUANT to an Older of the Court of Chancery of the County Palatine of Lancaster made in the matter of the Estate of Margaret Fleming (deceased), and in an action Smith v. Smith (190 S S. No. 34), the persons claiming to be next-of-kin according to the statutes for the distribution of intestates estates of Margaret Fleming, deceased (maiden name Smith) late of Preston (Widow of Pierce Fleming, late of Liverpool, Wine and Spirit Merchant), who died on or about the 28th day of December, 1905,* living at tho time of her dentil or to be the legal personal representative of such of the said next-of-kin as are now dead are either personally or by their solicitors on or before the Ist day of November, 1906, to come in and prove their claims at the Chambers of the Registrar of the Preston District of the said Court, situate at 10, Winckley Street Preston, aforesaid or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said order. Thursday, the first day of November, 1906, at 11 ohlock, in the forenoon at the said Chambers is appointed for hearing, and adjudicating upon the claims. Dated this 27th day of June, 1906.
