COLOUR-SERGEANT MONCRIEFF, Christchurch, Runner-up for Championship Belt, and winner of Silver Star at the New Zealand Defence Forces Rifle Championship at Trentham. Colour-Sergeant Moncrieff is a member of the Imperial Rifles Volunteer Corps. He is twenty-six years of age, and has attended the annual meetings at Trentham for the past five years, and has always shot fairly well, but not into prominent positions.
