The Glenham Co-operative Dairy Factory Company has been floated, with the intention of getting to business in tbe immediate future ; and now the Woodlands dairy farmers have banded together on a similar basis, and purpose starting the season’s operations on October Ist. Our readers will, no doubt, be pleased to notice the name of Mr Frank Hyains once more appearing in our advertising columns. Since his absence from this colony, Mr Hyams has developed a large and influential business in London, at 128 New Bond street, and it is gratifying to note by his advertisement in 0u,7 columns on page 41, that he has} not forgotten this colony, and desires to keep himself in. touch with New Zealanders. From what we gather, his name is now known at Home as a supplier of the very best articles in all kinds of watches, jewellery, gold and silver work, and, moreover, he is looked upon as “the” authority in dealing with greenstone from the rough state to that which is cut, polished, and mounted in the most artistic manner. Wb often hear of Mr Hyams in connection with presentation work, the latest being the designing and manufacturing of the bell and challenge shield given by our New Zealand school children to the battleship which has been named after our colony.
