WRECK OF A SCHOONER.

SIX SAILORS DROWNED. SYDNEY, September 1. A tremendous sea raged on the coast yesterday, but has since abated. Shipping Kas been much damaged. The schooner Jones Brothers was wrecked on Oyster Bank, at Newcastle, all hands being drowned. The vessel left Newcastle on Thursday night, coal laden, in tow of the steamer Helen Nicol. The tow-line broke, and the steamer had to steam to sea for safety. Search on the Oyster Bank disclosed wreckage and the masts of a schooner sticking up. There ,is no doubt that all aboard the schooner perished. Their names are: —Olsen, master; Jenkins, mate; Malley, Shield, Mason, and Petersen, crew.
