NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES. THIRTY-NINE FOR THE CITY COUNCIL. SIX ASPIRANTS FOR THE MAYORALTY. Nominations for municipal and borough elections, which takes place today, closed on the 19th hist. There aro six candidates tor tiie Aiay oraliy oi Wellington, and thirty-nine for -he fifteen seats on the City Council. There are three nominations for the ixarori Mayoralty. Messrs it. B.
