PARIS, January 18. On the eve of the resignation of M. Oombes’s Ministry additional religious establishments in France have been closed. Four hundred and sixty-six additional religious establishments have been closed. PARIS, January 19. M. Combes, writing to President Loubet, attributed his resignation to a coalition of impatient and ambitious Clericals and Nationalists and hatred of M. Falliere, President of the Senate. He advised M. Loubet to select a Ministry from the ranks of the Republican majority. M. Doumer, President of the Chamber, advised the formation of a cabinet of conciliation.
