CHARGES BY MR SINCLAIR. ROYAL COMMISSION’S REPORT. MELBOURNE', January 13. The findings of the Royal Commission on the charges brought against Mr Taverner, ex-Minieter of Agriculture, and now Agent-General, by Mu' Sinclair, formerly Government Agent in London, exonerate Mr Taverner from having done anything improper in approaching the Harbour Trust for a cold-storage Generally speaking, the report of the Commission is entirely favourable to Mr Taverner.
