THREE VESSELS CATCH FIRE. SEBASTOPOL BLOWN UP. REMAINING WARSHIPS REACH CHEFOO. LONDON, January 3. Reuter’s correspondent at Che Too reports that the Retvisan, Pallada, and Paltava caught fire on Monday. The Russians blew Tip the Sebastopol. At the suggestion of Admiral Wiren, the remnant of the fleet late on Sunday night made a dash for Chefoo. They did not encounter any Japanese' vessels. The Taotai of Chefoo ordered the 'Russians to disarm, and interned the crews of the vessels and the soldiers on board. Japanese destroyers at Chefoo. when convinced that the enemy’s ships had disarmed, left the harbour to watch the entrance. Two torpedo boats, and a merchantman with eight hundred of General Stoessel’s soldiers, have arrived at Kiaochau.
