BIG ESTATES SOLD
OHRISTOHUIIOH, June 23.
The Mesopotamia Estate,,' of 20*59 acres freehold and 114,400 leasehold, seven years, to run, was offered at auction to-day. The bidding started at £20,000 and at £26,200 the estate was sold to Mr George Gerard. The Strancin'ubie estate adjoining was sold privately to same buyer.
