Under the Workers’ Compensation for Accidents Act, a cllaim for £9 9s, against the Mast erf-on County Council and Henry Dillon, has been filed by Denis Hogan, of Masterton, one of whose eyes was injured by fragments of stone while the claimant was “stonenapping” for Ali- Dillon—a contractor under the Council. A claim for £1 Is per week compensation during continuance ’of incapacatatioii ’ has also . been . made.
