Sir J. G. Ward, Minister for Industries and Commerce, lias received official intimation that the Louisiana Purchase Exposition will be opened on April 30th next at St. Louis. It is now necessaiy to make early application for whatever space 3s required by New Zealand exhibitors. Intending exhibitors are asked to furnish to the Department of Industries and Commerce, on or before October stli, particulars of their exhibits and wliat space will be needed. The department is making complete arrangements to take charge of all exhibits at Wellington and transport them to the great American exhibition free of cos!: and hi charge of an Exllibition Comm'ssionor. Beware of the woman who loves monev more than she loves love.
