The directors of the Wellington Steam Ferry Company, Limited, have accepted the tender of Messrs Brown and Johnston for tho erection at Hay’s Bay of a large residential building, which will cost over £SOOO. The plans and specifications were prepared by Mr W. C. Chatfield, architect.
