One of the prettiest weddings; celebrated in Wellington lately A\*as solemnised at the Wesley church, Taranaki street, by the Rev. W. C. Oliver on Wednesday, 29th April, the contracting parties being Mr George EdAvtn BoAA'les, eldest son of Mr George EdAvin Boaal©s. Railway Department. Auckland, and Miss Louie Agnes eldest daughter of Mr EdAvavd William Wilton, of Wellington. The bride wore a handsome gown of white tucked silk, trimmed AA'ith silk lace, insertion and orange blossoms. She also wore the customary veil, and carried a beautiful shoAA'er bouquet. The six bridesmaids in attendance Avere Miss Dean Wilton (chief, sister of the bride'), Miss Violet BoAvles (sister of the bridegroom). Misses Lily Violet. Hilda and Alma Wilton (also sisters of the bride). Miss Dean W r ilton and Miss Violet Boaa'lcs wore grey silk voile, with AA'hite chiffon trimmings and pink chiffon hats, carrying shoAver bouquets. Misses Lily and Violet Wilton wore cream tussore silk, trimmed AA'ith cream insertion and pretty lace collars, relieved with pink rosettes and Avhite felt hats, trimmed Avith silk, also carrying shower bouquets. Misses Hilda and Alma Wilton wore pretty pale pink silk, trimmed Avith Valenciennes lace and insertion, and pretty AA'hite silk hats, and carried, baskets of floAvers. The bridegroom’s present to the bride Avas a handsome gold chain, and to the senior bridesmaids, gold brooches set AA'ith pearls; and to the junior bridesmaids, gold dove brooches. Mr H. J. Burd acted as best man, and Mr Otbo W. Written (brother of the bride) as groomsman. After the ceremony a reception aa's£ "l Id at Melbourne House.
