Addressing the Liberals of Mangaweka a few days ago, Mr Culver, general secretary of the Liberal and Labour Federation of New Zealand, remarked that the federation now had some 400 brandies throughout New Zealand, and where there was no branch they had what might be termed outlying pickets, of which there were over 3500.
