GIGANTIC STEEL TRUSTS
A BATTLE OF GIANTS. NEW YORK, March 1. The commissions received by Mr PierMorgan for forming the steel trust, Jurying and re-selling the Pennsylvania (Goal Company, and floating the New -Jersey Central Railroad Company’s Foods, amounted in twelve weeks to .'sieven million seven hundred and fifty Thousand dollars (about £2,350,000). NEW YORK, March 2. A rival steel trust has been formed in ffibe United States with a capital of ten .million sterling. Mr Pierpont Morgan, The Lead of the other trust, holds forty :millions as a fund wherewith to fight Sis .opponents.
