Johnsonville sale as follows -Fat cattle, in moderate numbers, were on a par with last week’s rates. Prices ranged from £7 7s 6d to £9 IQs. Fat cows and heifers, which were generally of better qualities and condition than those usually offered, made £5 17s 6d to £7 ss. Sheep were equal to requirements, and were of secondary quality. Fat ewes, 12s 9d to 13s 8d: fat wethers, 16s; store ewes, 6s 9d ; lambs (poor quality), 8s to 10s.
