IMPORTANT RESULTS.
SYDNEY, January 28
The Government Dairy Expert (Mr O’Caliaghan) has completed a series of experiments with “fishy” butter. He has succeeded in isolating and cultivating the micro-organism which cause® fishiness.
Mr O’Callaghan produced the fishy condition by inoculating sterilised cream with the cultures.
