ACCOUNTANTS’ EXAMINATIONS
At a. meeting of the Council of the In-corporated-Institute of Accountants of New Zealand, held yesterday afternoon, the following candidates were found to have been successful at the examination held in October last under the joint-' scheme of examination with the Australian institutes:— FELLOW. P. Hercus, Dunedin. ASSOCIATES. C. R. Smith. Dunedin. E. M. Silk, Christchurch. G. O. Sutton, Christchurch. O. R. Bendali, Wellington. A. C. Busliell, Christchurch. Tlie following candidates successfully passed''the Students’ Examination . F. W. Vosseler, Wellington. J. A. Sheritt, Wellington. T. Ballingall, Wellington. G. W. Sellar, Masterton. A. Halley, Wellington. W. R. Heney, Christchurch. P. W. Suckling, Wellington. F. V. Connell, Upper Jlutt. It is worthy of mention lhat Mr Ik Hercus scored the highest marks of any candidate throughout Australasia at this examination, whilst! Mr C.„ R. Smith was third on the list. Mr Hercus went up as an Associate and phased as a Fellow.
