DOMINION LINER STRANDED.
STEAMER SCOTSMAN. OTTAWA, Friday. The Dominion liner Scotsman, GO4l tons, has been stranded in the Straits of Belle Isle, which separate Newfoundland from Labrador. There were two hundred and fifty passengers on board, all of whom have been saved.
