The “Government Insurance Recorder” for the second quarter of 1899 has just been published and will be found a more than usually interesting and attractive number. Its contents include an illustrated article on the late Sir Julius Vogel, besides articles on “The Best Time to Insure.” “A Chief Justice as an Insurance Pamphlet,” and other subjects. There are portraits of two of the officers of the Government. Insurance Department.
