Mr H. A. Field, M.H.R., addressed his constituents at Williams’s Hall, Weraroa, on Thursday night. Mr Stuckey, J.P., presided, and there was a large attendance. The member, who was well received, spoke for an hour and a half, and at the conclusion of his address answered several questions. On the motion of Mr Ivor James, seconded by Mr Sylvester, a vote of thanksi and confidence to Mr Field, and of confidence in the Government, was carried unanimously.
