AUCKLAND DIVORCE CASE.
A SUBSEQUENT ACTION. AUCKLAND, Saturday. At a sitting in Chambers of the Supreme Court to-day, the case of Kannciwn Batgev (petitioner) v. Harold Batger (respondent), divorce summons for security for the wife’s costs was taken. Dr Laisliley appeared in support and Messrs K. Campbell and J. R, Reed to oppose the order. Respondent was ordered to pay to petitioner, or her solicitor, £l3 3s lOd, and give security to the satisfaction of the Registrar for £46 within fortyeight hours after the service of the claim upon respondent or his solicitor. The question of costs was reserved.
