London, June 15

The Vienna correspondent of the Times states that the Porte is disposed to accept the xectification of the frontier of Thessaly instead of insisting- on • its claim to the entire territory. The foreign Embassies are incensed at the Sultan appealing to Russia and Germany to assist him in retaining Thessaly. They consider it will interfere with the pease negotiations. Athens, June 17. No definite settlement has been arrived at with respect to the peace question. The new frontier as at present projected gives Turkey the mountain crests, but does not include any portion of Thesßaly. The Greek Government has complained to the Ambassadors of the protracted nature of the peace negotiations, stating that Greece is exhausting her resources in the expenses of keeping up her army, and that business throughout the country is at a standstill.
