Horses walking over will only receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. 7. The Stewards reserve the right to alter the day of meeting, the amount of added money, to make any addition or alteration to the meeting at any time prior to the nominations becoming due for such meeting, subject to the approval of the Wellington Racing Club. 8.
