Note. —ln all flat races, excepting Settlers’ and Members’ Handicaps, the minimum weight will be 7st. All second and third money deducted from the stakes. The handicapper has power to re-handicap all winners after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. The winner of any event prior to the 28th December ■will be re-handicapped, and handicap declared at the Empire Hotel, on the night of that date. Weights for the first day’s handicaps •will be declared at the same place on WEDNESDAY, 9th December. Acceptances close at the same place on WEDNESDAY, 23rd December, at 7 p.m. Weights for the second day’s handicaps •will be declaied at the Empire Hotel on the night of the first day’s races. Acceptances will close at the same place at a time to be specified when •weights aro posted. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations and Acceptances must be accompanied by the proper fees, otherwise they may be rejected. In entering, the colour, sex, name, age, pedigree and previous performances, and colours to be worn by the rider must be stated ; also the number of race to be entered for.
