The handicapper has power to re-handicap all winners after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. The winner of any event prior to the 28th December will be re-handicapped, and handicap declared at the Empire Hotel, on the night of that date. . Nominations for all events close with the Secretary at the Empire Hotel, Featherston, on WEDNESDAY, 2nd December, at 7 p.m. Weights for the first day's handicaps will be declared at the same place on WEDNESDAY, 9th December. Acceptances close at the same place on WEDNESDAY, 23rd December, at 7 p.m. Weights for the second day's handicaps will be declaied at the Empire Hotel on the night of the first day's races. Acceptances will close at the same place at a time to be specified when weights are posted. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations and Acceptances must be accompanied by the proper fees, otherwise they may be rejected.
