Peace has beon concluded in Abyssinia

The treaty with the Negus was made on 26th October, and the ceremony -jyas conducted with much solemnity. Amongst the terms arranged, it was agreed that the treaty of Ucciala should be abrogated and the autonomy of the province of Ethiopia recognised. The frontier is to be delimited within a year, Italy engaging in the meantime not to concede any territory. The Italian prisoners are to be sent to Ilairah, then to Zeilali, and they will be released on the 20th inst., tho expenses in this connection to be borne by the Italian Government.

Rome, November 17. The treaty with Abyssinia is ratified. The Kaiser and the President of France have congratulated the King of Italy.
