N.B.—All events close at 9 p.m. Weights for the second day declared about noon on Monday, November 23rd, and acceptances close tho same night at 9 o’clock. Definition of a Hack. —A Hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time (hack and hunter races excepted), and is not or has not been nominated in any raco other than hack and hunter races at the same meeting. All nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amounts payable, close at the Club Hotel, Wellington, not later than 9 p.m. on the advertised dates of closing. .
