AUSTRALIAN CENTENARIAN.
101 YEARS OF AGE. HOW she prolonged her years. Wo doubt if but few care to grow old. There is a dread about losing one’s strength, eyesight and hearing, and a fear of becoming a burden to one’s friends. One of tho oldest—if not the oldest— Australian has an important secret to divulge which illustrates that tho trials of old ago can be delayed, so that when the years do creep on apace, one can grow old gracefully, and [as long as life endures have a fair measure of physical strength. Mrs O’Regan, of 46, Nippon street, Ballarat, writes us That her mother” —now living in Windsor, New South Wales—” is 101 years old; well and active, and that it is through tho use of Warner’s Safe Cure that her life has been prolonged.” Sho was able to keep tho blood pure, kidneys active, and the bowels regular by its use. If these important organs are strengthened and regulated occasionally in this matter, the so-called “'I errors of old age” prove to bo myths, and advancing years but a kindly winter.
