MRS DEAN’S DIVORCE.
Sydney, May 2d. The Full Court has decided that .Mrs Dean is entitled to a divorce. The Judges were unanimous that the Royal pardon extended to Diem did not: bar the petition, but only pardoned the crime and nothing else. The fact remained that Dean was convicted of an attempt to murder, and oil this ground the wife was fully entitled to take advantage of the divorce law.
