CROWNING THE CZAR.
St. Petersburg, May 18. Immense preparations aro being made in Moscow for the coronation of tho Czar. It is expected that 30 members of foreign Royal families will ho present at tho ceremony. The total cost is estimated at fifty million roubles (about £3,760,000). The triumphal entry of tho Czar into Moscow will take place o.u Thursday, and ho will bo crowned oil tho following Tuesday. It is reported that tho Czar will celebrate tho occasion by granting amnesty to thousands of prisoners, and will order that in future flogging bo abolished.
