RITES OF POSTAGE FOR THE NEW ZEALAND MAIL.
At the mooting of the Benevolent Trustees on Tuesday, it, was decided that no tender should ho 'accepted for the requirements of the Home, as the master's schedule of prices was considerably below those stated in the tenders received. A young woman, suffering from abscesses in her side, and whose husband is consumptive, and having two children to support, was granted 3s per week and rations. Belief was granted in a number of other cases.
