Authority was given on Tuesday by the Hospital Trustees to'their chairman to arrange for the transfer by the City Council of a piece of land in exchange for another piece belonging to the Trustees, which had been included in Kclbnrn Park. It was resolved that tho steward should open a No. 2 account at tho bank for petty cash, to bo operated upon by himself and the doctor, Kflfe^te^-
