On behalf of tho King of Sweden and Norway the Minister of that country in London has requested tho Hudson's Bay Company to send word to its outlying posts m the Arctic circle to spread intelligence among tho Indians and Esquimaux of Hevr Andree s North Pole expedition, so that they may bo on the look out for his balloon, which they are not to regard as a dangerous apparition, but rondor the explorer assistance and succour if necessary. A letter has accordingly been dispatched to all points with minute instructions,
