The adjourned annual meeting of tho Agricultural and Fast oral Association was held on'Tuesday afternoon, Dr Newman presiding. The sub-committee -Messrs T. 11. Ilauua and D. Slad<l<m —appointed to a report as to the balance-sheet, that they had gone carefully through . accounts, and their persona! knowledge of the affairs of tho Association enabled them to say that tho disbursements in connection with which the vouchers j were missing were legitimate, and’in some j cases the vouchers might still bo obtained. I As a whole, the accounts recorded the I financial position of tho Association. The I balance - shoot, which showed amount to credit was .K'.V.yj e.d.a.bJ. i!
