BANK OF NEW ZEALAND ESTATES.

The Bank of New Zealand Estates Realisation Board, which assumed control of the Bank’s estates on March 31 last, has made a thorough examination and obtained all tho information available respecting the estates to bo administered and realised.

The Hung,a Hiinga estate, near To Aruba, has been offered to the Land Purchase Board under the Lands for Settlement Act, but the chairman of that Board having reported adversely on tho proposed purchase, tho Realisation Board at a mooting held yesterday decided to write to the Minister of Lands, asking that this decision bo reconsidered.

The following estates aie also under offer to tho Land Purchase Board: —Motoa estate; Esbank estate, near Pareora, I,SOU acres, valued at ,£33,000, has been offered at Xfi 15s per acre; Arowhenua, nearTemuka ; Kangitata estate ; Riverslea estate; Albury estate, 25 miles from Temuka, has been offered at £3 10s per acre ; Awamate estate, 2414 acres, has been offered at X 5 15s per acre ; Mangatoio estate, near Danevirke, 13,200 acres, has been offered at AT per acre. The following estates in the Waikato are also under offer: —Fencourt, Walton-, Okoroiro, Hara Hara, Paeroa, Mangapouri, Maiigawhero, Ohauia. The Kakare estate, 3500 acres, has been offered at XT 12a fid per acre; the Lockerbie estate, 21,000 acres, has been offered at X 3 per acre; tho Matamata estate, 55,000 acres, has been offered at £2 os per acre; the ltangatea estate of 5000 acres has been offered at £4 per acre; the Rangiuru estate, (3710 acres, has been offered at £4 10s per acre; tho Richmond Downs, 12,198 acres, has been offered at X 3 per acre; Manuwaru estate, near To A roha, 800 acres, has been offered at X 5 per acre; VYaiinana estate, IHSO acres, has been offered at XT per acre ; and the Wailiuorunga o.Jate, near Waimnte, 17.8110 acres, lias been offered at £4 per acre.

It is understood that sales have already taken place realising over XOO.OOO.
