THE VENEZUELAN QUESTION.
London, April 27
Sir Julian Pauncefote, British Minister at Washington, has been authorised to negotiate upon the whole boundary question with the Venezuelan Minister.
The Now York correspondent of the Times reports that the American Government is willing to use its influeuco towards the acceptance of direct negotiation.
