It is reported that Buluwayo is completely surrounded, and that tho food supplies there can scarcely last a fortnight; Capetown, April 21. Two thousand lioers are within 25 miles of Mafeking.

Major-General Sir Frederick Carrington, who has been sent to the Cape, leaves London for Capetown on Saturday.
