It is reported here that Russia is parleying with England in regard to the latter’s movements in Egypt. The Russian Government has asked Bulgaria to reinstate the officers who took refugo in Russian territory after King Alexander abdicated the throne. Berlin, April 15.

German Courts have ordered the owners of the steamer Crathio to pay the owners of tlie steamer Elbe, which was sunk in the collision with the former vessel off Lowestoft, the sum of 555,50') florins. Berlin, April 16.

The now system of rebates on freight on the German railways will enable Westphalia coal to bo landed in England at a sufficiently low rate to competo with English coal. Berlin, April 17.
