THE WOOL MARKET.
London, April 15. The fresh arrivals for tho ensuing wool sales consists of 359,000 bales, of which 95,000 have been sent forward direct to the manufacturing districts. With tho quantity held over from last series, tho total number of bales available for tho series is 281,000.
Messrs Levin and Co., Limited, have received from 1 heir agents, Messrs Dalgoty and Co. (Limited), tiro following telegram, dated London, the 15th April :—“The list of arrivals for tho April-May wool sales is closed, and ail your shipments have arrived in time. The total quantity of colonial wool available, including old stocks, is 282,000 bales. The tallow market is very weak, with a strong downward tendency.”
