WHERE IS THE AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION?
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Mr Dawn, a respected citizen, fell from a broken ladder in Featherston street to-day, and his skull was brokeu. The spot where he fell is a few feet from the corner of Brandon street. The poor fellow was taken to the Hospital in an express. "In an express " with a broken skull ! Do we care at, all about our injured fellows? Where are our appliances for their assistance ? Is there an ambulance stretcher in Brandon street, and does any one look after it ?—I am, &e., A.S.P. January 28. 1896.
