SYDNEY, January 22. At the Championship Swimming Carnival on the Parramatta River to-day, the only New Zealand competitor who gained a plaoe was Allan, who was third in the diviagf championship of Australasia, won by Wylie, of .'Sydney, with SI yards. Sydney, January 23. J. Boilings won the 100yds swimming championship of Australasia in lmin 5<85500. In tlie Ladies' Bracelet event Stratton and Fox won their heats, but were not placed in, the final.
