A meeting- of the Wairarapa Relief Committee was held on Monday. Mrs McMillan, of Waikouaiti, was voted 10s a week for a year; Miss Cole, of G-reytown North, a sum of <£10; and Mrs Simpson, Caithness, Scotland, <£3o. • Several other cases were partially considered, and a further meeting of the committee will be held this afternoon to deal with them.
