Twenty estates were placed in the hands of the Public Trustee during the month of February. The largest were those of Samuel Kennedy, Tai Tapu, £2BOO ; James McKenna, Blenheim, <£2000; Maurice Duggan, Cromwell, <£625 ; James A. Kemp, Waverley, <£3so. The Wellington vital statistics for the past month are as follow : —Births, 121; deaths, 36 ; marriages, 38. It has been decided to hold the annual sports at Asliurst on the 24tli May.
