Thw Easter Encampment for the Wellington, Hawke's Bay and Taranaki districts is to be held at Feilding. Lieuten-ant-Colonel NewalL who will be in charge of the camp, has selected a site a-mile from the railway station. The only Wellington corps which will attend the camp are the City Rifles and Guards. The D Battery will hold a camp close to Wellington, the Wellington Navals will practise at Mahanga Bay, and the Petone Navals at Shelly Bay. They have started a new paper at Raratonga. It is printed with a cyclostyle,
