Four tenders were received by the Public Works Department for the reletting of Museum House, adjoining the Museum, for a year. Mrs Menzies was the highest tenderer, and the house has, therefore, been re-let to her at an advance upon last year's rental. An order has been issued by the Minister of Defence providing that married sergeants of police who are not provided with quarters shall receive 10s a week house allowance after March Ist next.
